Varje vår har vi många förfrågningar om vinschar för updragning av mast på båt. Önskad kapacitet är för det mesta 300-800kg och det är viktigt att hastigheten är reglerbar. Vi har räknat på en 800kg vinsch i maritimt utförande. Vinschen produceras av holländska Marotek och är utförd i hög kvalitet. En leveranstid på 6 veckor får beräknas, men önskas endast själva vinschen och vanlig kontrollbox är leveranstiden normalt 2-3 veckor.

För det mesta behövs det en kontrollbox för att styra vinschen. I denna offert ingår hastighetsreglering i kontrolboxen. Om detta inte behövs kostar en vanlig kontrolbox ca. €700. Extra längd på kabel till sladdfjärrkontroll kan köpas till.

Principles CE requirements:
Any motion which has a designed restriction of movement shall be provided with motion limiters.
The inner and outer limit of a lifting winch are normally limited with a spindle limit switch with 2 contacts.
Moving or turning transmissions and parts shall be designed, positioned or guarded in order to protect
against the risks associated with possible contact of exposed persons during the intended use.(when located in an easily accessible position)
fitted with a rated capacity limiter.
